Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Carlsbad, California. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations in the customer service department.
• Adapt to various customer situations and tailor responses accordingly.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with company standards and policies.
• Provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with customer service software and databases is a plus.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
